EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound Expression of Interest (EOI) (original and Duplicate) neatly packaged in sealed envelopes, stating Expression of Interest clearly marked with the name of the project/lot number and name of consultancy firm, and submitted on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 20th March, 2023 to the office of the Director Procurement Room B021, Federal Ministry of Environment, Headquarters, Mabushi, Abuja. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission Register in the office of the Director Procurement Room B021 as the Ministry will not be held for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 8. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS The EOI will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 20th March, 2023 at the Permanent Secretary-s Conference room, 3rd floor, Federal Ministry of Environment, Headquarters, Mabushi, Abuja.
