Tenders are invited for Upgrade of Haematology and chemical Pathology Laboratories COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Tenders Office (Room D0.14) on evidence of payment of a non- refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per lot, paid into the National Hospital Abuja-s Remita account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed tenders documents must be neatly bound and sealed in two separate envelopes and clearly marked, at the top right corner of each of the envelopes with the title of the project. E. g. Technical Bid for LOT Y2A: Upgrade of Histopathology Laboratories and Financial Bid for LOT Y2A: Upgrade of Histopathology Laboratories. Both envelopes shall then be put in a larger envelope clearly marked at the top right corners as Technical & Financial Bids: name of Lot for which a company is bidding and addressed to: The Chief Medical Director National Hospital Plot 132 Central District (Phase II) P.M.B 425 Garki, Abuja and drop in the tender box in front of the Chief Medical Director-s office on or before 12:00noon on Tuesday, 26th July, 2022. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The envelope containing the Technical Bid shall be opened at 12:00 noon, on Tuesday, 26th July, 2022, at the Conference Hall (Trauma Centre), National Hospital, Abuja and representatives of interested companies and the general; public is invited to witness the exercise. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register as the National Hospital Abuja will be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. For further enquiries, please contact the “PROCUREMENT DIVISION”. Please note that only companies that are successful in the Technical Evaluation exercise shall have their financial bid open.
