- Tenders are invited for Trenching/Installation of ICT Fiber-Optic Cables and CCTV Cameras. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are requested to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director of Procurement, Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina, between the hours of 9am to 4pm daily (Monday to Friday) upon payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10, 000) paid into the Federal Medical Centre, Katsina-s TSA in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Chief medical Director Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina, Murtala Muhammed Way. PMB 2121, Kastina. The envelope should have the name and address of the bidder. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the designated tender box in the office of the Chief Medical Director not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 4th March, 2024. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 4th March 2024, in the conference hall; of the Federal Teaching Hospital Katsina in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Prospective bidders should ensure that you sign the Bid Submission register in the office of chief Medical Director, Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina.
