- Request for proposals are invited for Training, Mentoring and Coaching Support/Exercise to SMES The consultant shall: • Work with GAIN KFMW country lead in coordination with designated SMEs to better understand the nature and technical capacity needs of specific SME based on the core subject of the technical capacity gap identified. • Conduct necessary situational needs assessment that will inform the training agenda, scope of work, timelines and choice of methodology. • Deliver the training, coaching mentoring or a combination of both depending on the most suitable methodology agreed between 2-3 months duration. • Write and submit an inception, progress and final report confirming the achievement of pre-determined outcome/results.
