• Prequalifications are invited for Training and Capacity Development in Auto/Cad and Are GIS Applications for Urban and Regional Planning, Capacity Building for Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Builders and Town Planners in Computer Aided Designs and Standardization and Project Management Technical Requirements- (a) Bidders- Experience Evidence of similar jobs with three (3) letters of awards and Valuation/Job Completion Certificates in the last three (3) years (2019 to date); (b) Plant and Equipment/Warehouse Verifiable evidence (Machinery Registration Particulars/Identification details and location, including Registration Numbers) of proof of ownership and/or lease of the construction equipment/Warehouse required for the successful execution of these contracts; (c) Financial Capacity Reference letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to fund the project if awarded; (d) Registration with Professional Bodies in case of Consultancy Services Evidence of registration with relevant professional body e.g. NAICOM/Insurance, EHORECON/Cleaning Service, NITDA/CPN/Information Technology, COREN/QSRBN/ARCON/CORBON /SURCON /Construction, NSCDC/Security, ESVARBON/Estate Surveying etc. (e) Manpower Company-s Profile with Curriculum Vitae of Key personnel with including copies of their academic/Professional such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, SURCON, CORBON, TOPREC, NIESV, CIPSMN etc.; (f) OEMs For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorisation as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); Note that indigenous companies have an advantage in these categories Subject to the Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 note that: (i) The Ministry shall verify any or all the claims made by the applicants and shall disqualify any company whose claims are found to be false in addition to other sanctions that may be deemed necessary; (ii) All costs (Time and Material) incurred in responding to this advertisement in any way or form shall be fully borne by the Bidders and are non- refundable by the Procuring Entity; (iii) Bidders are advised to bid for projects in locations of capability/capacity; (iv) This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Ministry to award contract to any bidder; (v) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm-s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), current Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letter head Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm; and (vi) none compliance to any of the above instructions will lead to disqualification of bidders; (vii) Bid documents can also be collected in soft copies and Bidders shall submit through Post (Courier Services); (viii) Goods & Works: Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for collection of financial bids; (ix) Services: Only shortlisted firms will be invited at a late date for collection of Request for Proposals; (x) The Federal Ministry of Works and Housing reserves the right to cancel the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities to bidders in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
