Tenders are invited for Surface Dressing of 0.80 Meters Long Road at Line 13 Sharada Federal Housing Estate Kano COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Interested companies are to collect Standard Bidding Documents (SDB) from the office of principal Procurement Officer, Room 2 Procurement Block NAERLS, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria on evidence of copy of REMITA payment of a non- refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per lot, Paid into National Agricultural Extension and Research Liaison Services NAERLS, Zaria Remita accounts in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. NAERLSGIFMIS CODE: 1000256138 Note that interested bidders for consultancy services are not to pay at this stage until after shortlisting-s. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS - (GOODS & WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies, each of the technical and financial bids, with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” and addressed to The Secretary, Tenders Board, National Agricultural Extension and Research Liaison Services (NAERLS), Zaria, Ahmadu Bello University and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box located in ICT Building Conference Hall, NAERLS/ABU Zaria not later than 12.00noon, Tuesday 4th April, 2023. Only the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon, Tuesday, 4th April, 2023 in the ICT Conference Hall of the National Agricultural Extension and Research Liaison Services (NAERLS), Zaria, Ahmadu Bello University.
