Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Tricycles to Daura/ Sandamu /Mai -Adua Federal Constituency, Katsina State METHOD OF SUBMISSION (i) Bids must be prepared in English Language and signed by the official authorized by the bidder. (ii) Two copies of Pre-qualification/Technical/Expression of Interest (EOI) documents must be submitted on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 28 June 2021. The documents placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary, FMHADMSD must be clearly marked with the Name of the Project and Lot Number. (iii) Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name, address, and phone number of the Bidder. Late submissions will be returned unopened. (iv) Bidders are advised to submit their Bids via courier services in line with COVID -19 pandemic protocols at the address in 5.0 above. 7.0 OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL BIDS/EoI (i) Virtual Opening of Prequalification/Technical/EoI Documents will be conducted immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 28 June 2021 at the Conference Hall, Federal Secretariat Complex Ground Floor, Phase 1, Abuja (ii) ONLY technically prequalified and shortlisted bidders will be invited for collection of Financial bids and Requests for Proposals. (iii) Companies or their representatives, Civil Societies, NGOs, Professional Bodies, and members of the public who are interested in viewing the opening of the bids can forward their e-mail addresses to the e-mail procurement@fmhds.gov.ng and are by this notice, invited to witness the bids opening exercise online
