• Tenders are invited for Supply of Toyota Corolla and Overhauling of Generator Set. 1. ELIGIBILITY A. General Requirements: In order to be considered, bidders are expected to be registered as Federal Government Contractors, in the appropriate categories with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) - visit https://federalcontractors.bpp.gov.ng As part of their submission, bidders are expected to attach the following documents i. Interim Registration Report from the Bureau of Public Procurement (for the current year 2021) ii. Certificate of Registration of business Name from Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) iii. Current Tax Clearance Certificate. iv. Value Added Tax (VAT) registration and evidence of remittance v. Pension Clearance Certificate (for the current year 2021) vi. Certificate of Registration for National Social Insurance Trust Fund (for the current year 2021. vii. Certificate of Compliance from Industrial Training Fund (for the current year 2021) B. Specific Requirements: a. Bidders for Toyota Corolla are required to show evidence of being an authorized dealer of the Vehicle manufacturer. b. Bidders for Generator Overhaul are required to also submit the following i. Company audited account for the last three (3) years ii. Evidence of experience with the similar jobs in the last three (3) years. This should include the scope, volume of work and the amount should be verifiable. iii. Evidence of financial capability to handle the job by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed. 2. OTHER INFORMATION a. Inspection: Bidders for Generator overhaul are required to visit the College to inspect the Generator set and liaise with the Head, Works Department for further details. b. Bid Validity: Quotations shall remain valid for 60 days c. Taxes: The total contract sum will attract the deduction of 7.5% VAT, 5% Withholding, and 1% Stamp Duty. Tenderer must also have Tax Identification Number (TIN) with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). 3. SUBMISSION OF BIDS The completed bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked with project title at the top left hand corner of the bid envelope, and Bidding Company-s Name indicated on the reverse side. The outer envelope should contain two sealed envelopes with the quotations, one marked: Original” and the other marked “Copy” and addressed to: The College Registrar National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria Km 26, Lagos-Badagry Expressway, Ijanikin, Lagos The completed bids should be registered in the College Registrar-s Office and submitted in the Tenders- Box (in the Office of the College Registrar), National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, Ijanikin, Lagos between 8.00am- 4.00pm on working days within four (4) weeks of the date of this publication.
