Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Theatre/Surgery/A&E/GOPD/O&G and Medical Gas. Bidding Document must be accompanied with Bid Security of 1% of the Total Bid Price in Bank Draft Payable to Edo State Hospitals Management Agency and submitted at the office of the Permanent Secretary/Chief Executive between the hours of 9.00am and 2.00pm on Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays. A complete set of bidding document in English Language which contains detailed information of items, their description and quantities required may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a fee of forty thousand naira 40,000.00/-(Non-Refundable) within 3 weeks from the date of this publication. Payment should be made into Edo State Government internally Generated Revenue (IGR) Account at United Bank for Africa (UBA), Account Number 1010250531. Bidding document may be obtained at the Procurement Division, Edo State Hospitals Management Agency, King Square Benin City with submission of Teller for the payment of Tender fee. Electronic submission will not be permitted please.
