Tenders are invited for Supply of Photographic Equipment Nikon D7000 16.2 - megapixel digital single-lens reflex professional camera Panasonic 24.5mm wide angle 1xx optical zoom 4k/FHD-AU-AX90 video camera UNIC professional heavy duty digital video camera tripod stand LED Daylight photo studio film lighting Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Procurement Officer: Top flood, Wing B, Tetfund 7-in-1 Building, Africa Centre of Excellence in Public Health & Toxicological Research, University of Port Harcourt, Envelope should be clearly marked with the name of the project, Lot number/reference and evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10, 000 per lot, ACE-PUTOR APPLICATION FEE through REMITA. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box of the secretary in ACE-PUTOR not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 4th May 2023. Bidders/representatives should sign the bid submission register in the office of the Secretary as ACE-PUTOR will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
