Quotation are invited for Supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, Nigeria KNCV is inviting vendors to provide quotations for the supply of PPEs. • Vendors are required to submit quotation indicating cost, payment, and delivery terms of the following items in the specified quantities 1. 6,000 (Six thousand) units of KN95 Particulate Respirator 2. 1100 (One Thousand One Hundred) bottles of Hand sanitizers (500ml bottle) with WHO-approved mix of alcohol (ethanol), glycerol and hydrogen peroxide and Water 3. 1000 (One Thousand) boxes of Disposable Latex free size gloves (box of 100 pieces) 4. 270 (Two Hundred and Seventy) units of free size washable Lab coats 5. 6 (Six) rolls of Disposable nylon aprons (100 aprons per roll) 6. 80 (Eighty) units of face shields Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in this process, vendors must provide proof of all the following documents: 1. Company-s registration documents/certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate (For the Last 1 year) 3. Proof of provision of similar service to 3 different organizations. (For first time bidders only - as Submissions in default of ANY requirement listed above will be excluded from the procedure).
