Request for proposals are invited for Supply of Mosque Carpet 1 Supply of Low-Quality Mosque carpet (1m by 25m) per roll roll 1 (25m2) 2 Supply of Medium-Quality Mosque carpet (1m by 25m) per roll roll 1 (25m2) 3 Supply of High-Quality Mosque carpet (1m by 25m) per roll roll 1 (25m2) 4 Supply of High-Quality Mosque carpet (1.2m by 25m) per roll roll 1 (25m2) Qatar Charity deducts 5% Withholding Tax at Source on all Supplies and 10% on all Services rendered and remitted to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (on behalf of a vendor) asstipulated by the Federal Government of Nigeria Tax Law. This RFQ is non-binding and does not obligate QATAR CHARITY to award any contract. QATAR CHARITY reserves the right to purchase any or all the items requested, to adjust quantities if necessary, or to make no purchase. A firm commitment to purchase is not established until QATAR CHARITY issues a written purchase order. QATAR CHARITY will not pay for vendors- quote preparation costs. Bidders must submit their financial bid documents via email to qcnigeria@qcharity.org and copy, and kabubakar@qcharity.org. The email title should be written as follows: “Request for Quotation: Supply of Mosque carpet”. Any bid received after the submission's due date and time shall not be considered.
