- Tenders are invited for Supply of Medical Equipment COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (LOT 2) Tender Documents are obtainable from the Procurement Unit, Administrative Block (1* Floor), National Orthopaedic Hospital Dala, Kano within the working hours of 8am-4pm (Monday-Friday) upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N10,000.00 only (for Lot 2) to National Orthopaedic Hospital Dala through TSA Account on REMITA Platform at any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Firms interested in Lot 1 will not pay at this stage until after shortlisting. 5.SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (LOT 2) Prospective bidders are to submit their bids in sealed envelopes the Technical and Financial bids must be prepared as separate document packaged in sealed envelope clearly marked as either “Financial or Technical Bid” as appropriate and inserted together in sealed single (bigger) envelope with the project title and Lot number written on the topmost part of the envelope and address to THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR, NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, DALA, KANO. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at
