Tenders are invited for Completion of Supply of Gymnasium Equipment-s in Three (3) Sport Centres in Abeokuta North/Obafemi-Owode/Odeda Federal Constituency, Ogun State. Collection of Tender Documents Companies are to Collect the Tenders Bidding Documents from the Procurement Unit of Nis between 10:00am and 4:00pm (Monday - Friday except Public Holiday) on Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (n10, 000.00) only Per Lot Paid into the Nigeria Institute for Sport (Nis) Remita Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. Submission of Tender Documents Prospective Bidders are to Submit Bid for each Lot Desired, Two (20 Hard Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with a Softcopy of the Financial Bid in Ms Excel Format, Packaged Separately in a Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Director General, National Institute for Sports, Natiopnal Stadium, Surulere, Surulere, p.o Box 145, Lagos and Clearly Marked with (the Name of the Project and the Lot Number). Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Drop in the Designated Tender Box in the Office of the Head of Procurement not Later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, 25th July 2022. 6. Opening of Technical Bids The Technical Bids will be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon on Monday, 25th July, 2022 in the Nis Conference Hall in the Presence of Bidders or Their Representatives, While the Financial Bids will be Kept Un-Opened. Please, Ensure that You Sign the Bid Submission Register in the Office of the Head, Procurement as the Nis will not be Held Liable for Misplaced or Wrongly Submitted Bids.
