- Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Furniture Items. The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ programme (SKYE) Financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “FURNITURE ITEMS” with the following but not limited specification: LOT 1: 40 units of Non-Swivel office chair, 9 units of single user Table, 10 units of multi-purpose table, 1 unit of information board. Delivery to Ogun State LOT 2: 36 units of Non-Swivel office chair, 6 units of single user table, 11 units of multipurpose table, 1 unit of information board. Delivery of Plateau State Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing the GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following: Comprehensive company profile An official letter expressing interest. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area. Bank introductory Letter Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating (minimum) average turnover per year (as applicable) for 2019, 2020, 2021 or more recent. i. lot - 8,200,000 naira ii. Lot 2- 7,200,000 naira Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (supply and delivery) of IT Equipment with values that add up to minimum of i. lot - 8,200,000 naira ii. Lot 2- 7,200,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be consideredx not list of similar jobs. For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated no later than Wednesday 31st May 2023 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
