Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Supply of Fertilizers in Kalgo Local Government QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS RESPONDING TO THE RFQ The contractors firms, representative of manufacturers etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of; a. Payment of corporates taxes, PAYE, VAT etc b. Kebbi State Ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate c. Letter of confirmation by applicant-s bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract. d. Certificate of Incorporation for companies/consulting firms. e. Memorandum and ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION f. Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable g. List of company/consulting firms machinery, equipment and instruments h. List of previous works/services executed with Kebbi State and evidence of performance. i. List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field. j. Third party insurance. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION All the interested contractor should collect the bid documents from the office of Director Budget and Planning, while the Local Government has right to reject any quotation that does not meet the requirement and the contractors are expected to submit their quotation on or before 27th June, 2023.
