- Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Environmental Surveillance and Monitoring Equipment Applicants are required to submit the following Information Documents to demonstrate their possession of the required personnel, experience, technical and financial capacity necessary for the assignments: (i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission including form C02 and form C07 where applicable (ii) Evidence of Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the Last Three (3) years, valid till 31st December, 2021. (iii) Evidence of current PENCOM Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021. (iv) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Certificate of Compliance valid till 31st December, 2021. (v) Evidence of Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Certificate of Compliance valid till December 31st 2021. (vi) Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December 2021 or valid Certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP). (vii) Company-s Audited accounts for the last three years (2018, 2019 & 2020), where applicable. (viii) Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed. (ix) Details of at least three (3) past experiences in similar jobs done in the last five (5) years, providing client references, Award letters, Valuation/Job Completion Certificate, accompanied with full client contact information and authorisation for ease of verification. (x) Company profile with complete curriculum vitae of key professional/technical staff detailing experience and expertise relevant to the assignment, including current contact information (telephone nos., email address) and copies of academic qualification, professional Certificates, and current practice licenses where necessary (xi) Sworn affidavit to disclose that: • No officer of relevant committees of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director. Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company • All information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars • The Company or none of its Directors is bankrupt or in receivership or has been convicted of any criminal offence in any court of justice in Nigeria. (xii) Evidence of Registration with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Minimum Category “B” License (for LOTS Al & A2 only). (xiii) Evidence of Firm registration with Institutes of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) (for LOT A6 only). (xiv) Evidence of Current registration of Firm and its principal officers with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) valid till 31st Dccember, 2021. (For LOT A6 only). (xv) Participating Firms should be Accredited with the Office of the Auditor General for the Federation. For LOT A & only (xvi) Evidence of registration with the National Inform at ion Technology Development Agency (NITDA)
