• Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Employment Materials COLLECTION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS Categories A & B (works and Goods) Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) documents from the Procurement Department, Room 115, First Floor, Nigeria Agricultural Quarantines Service, Enugu State Building, plot 81 Rapph Sodeinde Street, Opposite Federal Ministry of Finance, Central Business District, Abuja on evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, per lot paid into the TSA of Nigeria Agricultural Quarantines Service in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS prospective Bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies of the Technical Bid and two (2) hard copies of Financial including soft copy of Financial Bid in MS Excel format), packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Technical Bid” or mal Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger scaled envelope addressed to the Comptroller General, Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service, Enugu State Building, Plot S1 Ralph Sodeinde Street, Opposite Federal Ministry of Finance, Central Business Abuja and clearly marked with the Name of the Project and Lot Number Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear e and Address of the Bidder and should be deposited in the Tender Box at the address in 4.0 above, not later than 12:00 noon Tuesday, 2nd May 2023. Late bids shall be returned un-opened. Scope of Work (Consultancy Services)-Expression of Interest: Interested Firms are to submit two (2) bound copies of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents, separated by dividers.
