• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Barbing/Hair Dressing Equipment and Sewing Machines in Abak/Etim Expo/Ika Federal Constituency Interested Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers are required to submit the following documents: i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7; ii. Evidence of Company-s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2018, 2019 & 2020) valid till 31st December, 2021; iii. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; iv. Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; v. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; vi. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP; vii. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Space Research and Development Agency or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; viii. Comprehensive Company-s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications such as COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.); ix. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation/Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the Projects; x. Works: List of Plants/Equipment with Proof of Ownership/Lease; xi. Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; xii. Company-s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 & 2020); xiii. For Mapping/Satellite Imaging and related Services, Contractors/Service Providers must be registered with National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), the Repository of Satellite Images over Nigeria as required by the Law. xiv. For Motor Vehicle Procurement, only Companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council-s approved list of local manufacturers of Vehicles or their authorized representatives should bid for the procurement; xv. For IT jobs: evidence of registration/accreditation with Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria and National Information Technology Development Agency; xvi. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner); xvii. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding Letter under the Company/Firm-s Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.) and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the Authorized Officer of the Firm. Tender documents are obtainable from the office of the Director, Procurement and Projects, National Space Research and Development Agency, Abuja upon the payment of a non-refundable tender processing fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per Lot, to NASRDA TSA Account. Important Information: i. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder; ii. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; iii. No Bidder should bid for more than one (1) LOT in a Category, and not more than two (2) projects overall; iv. Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines. The EOI/Bid Opening will be covered by video recording with the presence of two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organization in the areas of Anti-Corruption/Transparency and shall be made available to bidders upon request; v. The Agency reserves the right to authenticate all claims made by any contractor in its submission; vi. Failure to provide any information required shall lead to instant disqualification; vii. Submission of Bids and Expression of interest should not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Agency; viii. It shall not entitle any contractor to make any claims whatsoever or seek any remedy/indemnity from the Agency by virtue of such company having responded to the advertisement; ix. Bid documents can also be collected in soft copies and Bidders can submit through Post (Courier Services); x. Goods and Works: Only pre-qualified bidders at the Technical evaluation will be contacted at a later date for the financial bids opening, while the financial bids of un-successful bidders will be returned un-opened; xi. Services: Only shortlisted bidders at the EoI evaluation will be contacted at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals; xii. Preference shall be given to Nigerian Companies in line with the Presidential Executive Order 5 for the promotion of Nigerian Content in contracts relating to Science, Technology and Engineering.
