• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and servicing of Fire Fighting Equipment. Note: (a) Late submission will be rejected (b) Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid ceremony in compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines. The Bids will be covered by video recording with the presence of Two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organization in the areas of Anti-corruption transparency; (c) Bidders can submit through Post Courier Services ( d) Only prequalified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for collection of bid documents; ( e) This advertisement for Pre-Qualification to tender shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of the Federal High Court of Nigeria nor shall it entitle the submitting tenderer to make any claims whatever and seek any indemnity from Federal High Court by virtue of such tenderer having respond to this advertisement. ( f) The Federal High Court is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007. Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents: (i) Certificate of incorporation Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Memorandum and Article of Association (ii) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by Submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP. (iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid up to 31st December, 2021 (expires 31st December, 2021) (iv) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020) ( v) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid Up to 31st December, 2021. (vi ) Evidence of compliance with National Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid up to 31st December, 2021 (Expires 31st December, 2021) (vii) Evidence of Technical capability and list of Registered Professionals for Construction Industry (works), Renovation Works (for Lot 5a, 5b) (viii) Verifiable list of similar jobs successfully executed in the last Three (3) years Including letters of award and job completion certificate (please provide contact address of the clients who may be contacted for reference) (ix) Company profile including Qualification, Curriculum Vitae and copies of academic certificates of key personnel with evidence of experience in similar jobs. (x) A sworn affidavit that none of the Directors have been convicted in any court of any criminal offenses and (xi) Evidence of sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the Federal High Court of Nigeria or BPP is not a former Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information in its bid are true (xii) Name and Address of BANKER(s) including a letter of Reference guarantee from the bank (original copy).
