Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Transmitter and Tower Kit 1 250 watts TK transmitter: Solid state 250 watts radio transmitter 5 No TRIMING project sites as listed below: i. Kano River Irrigation Scheme (KRIS), Kura, Kano, Kano state ii. Hadejia Valley Irrigation Scheme (HVIS), Hadejia, Jigawa State iii.Bakolori Irrigation Scheme (BIS) Talata Mafara, Zamfara state iv. Middle Rima Valley Irrigation Scheme (MRVIS), Goronyo, Sokoto state v. Dadin-kowa Irrigation Scheme (DKIS), Dadin-Kowa, Gombe state 180 days 2 Feeder line 80m: waveguide for transmitter 400 M =ditto= 3 Air conditioner for transmitter: 1.5HP inverter AC + Installation Kit 5 No =ditto= 4 DBX Digital Broadcast Processor: DBX PA2 Digital Audio Processor 5 No =ditto= 5 Indelec Lightening arrest kit: Lightening arrestor protection with necessary accessories 5 No =ditto= 6 Earthing kit: earthing kit for tower and station 5 No =ditto= 7 Tower 70ft: construct stand-alone/or tensioned tower/mast 5 No =ditto= 8 Tower civil works and erection: reinforced insitu concrete as base for towers as civil works and rigging 5 No =ditto= Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank-s guidelines: procurement of goods, works and non-consulting service under IBRD loans and IDA credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers 2011 revised July, 2014 (Procurement guidelines) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth to the World Bank-s policy on conflict of interest. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address during the office hours 8:00h to 17:00 (local time) from Mondays to Fridays or send an email to the National Project Coordinators at info@triming.org Bids must be delivered to the addressed below on or before 12:00 noon on Thursday, 15th December, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ‘designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00pm on Thursday, 15th December, 2022. 8. All bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid closing date and must be accompanied by an original bid security of N9,500,000.00 (Nine Million, Five Hundred Naira) only.
