Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Installation of Safety Life Buoys 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS- INVITATION TO TENDER) Interested companies are to collect Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement unit office, Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission, Abdulsalami Abubakar Way, Minna, Niger state, on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand naira (N10, 000) only per lot, paid into the Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission-s remita account of any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. Note that interested bidders for consultancy services and pre-qualification are not expected to pay at this stage. Items A10,B1,B5,B6,B7,B13, B14 and B15 are for prequalification SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOOD & WORKS - INVITATION TO TENDER) All prospective bidders are to submit bids for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies of each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes addressed to the Managing Director, Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission, Abdulsalami Abubakar Way, Minna, Niger state; and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box at the reception of the commission headquarters not later than 12:00 noon of Tuesday, 17th January, 2023.
