Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Radiological and Imaging Equipment to Prince AbubakarAudu University Teaching Hospital (PAAUTH) Anyigba, General Hospital Isanlu, Zonal Hospital Idah, Ultra-Modern General Hospital Badoko and Ultra-Modern General Hospital Gegu-Beki Requirement: 1. Evidence of Registration with CAC 2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years 3. Audited account for the past three years 4. Evidence of registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement 5. Evidence of VAT registration and Remittance 6. Evidence of Financial capability from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria 7. Evidence of similar jobs done in the last three years 8. Comprehensive profile of the Contractor with key Personnel. 9. Evidence of registration of business premises in Kogi State 10. Evidence of payment of non-refundable contract fee 11. Sworn Affidavit that none of the Company Director have been convicted of any criminal offence. Note: a. The State policy permits only Enterprises to handle contracts between zero to one Hundred Million (0-100Million) b. The Ministerial Tenders; Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids c.
