Dadin-kowa Irrigation Scheme (DKIS), Dadin-Kowa, Gombe state Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank-s guidelines: procurement of goods, works and non-consulting service under IBRD loans and IDA credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers 2011 revised July, 2014 (Procurement guidelines) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth to the World Bank-s policy on conflict of interest. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address during the office hours 8:00h to 17:00 (local time) from Mondays to Fridays or send an email to the National Project Coordinators at info@triming.org Bids must be delivered to the addressed below on or before 12:00 noon on Thursday, 15th December, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ‘designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00pm on Thursday, 15th December, 2022. 8. All bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid closing date and must be accompanied by an original bid security of N9,500,000.00 (Nine Million, Five Hundred Naira) only.
