General Procurement Notice for Supply and Installation of Office Equipment Safes (Fireproof). ELIGIBILITY REQUIRMENTS Interested Companies who wish to do business with the Service should have their documents updated in the under listed areas pending the publication of the various Specific Procurement Notices (SPNs): (a). Pre-requisite Requirements: i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7. ii. Evidence of Company income-s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years valid till 31st December, 2022 iii. Evidence of Pension compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2022. iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2022. v. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022. vi. Evidence of current registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring 31st December, 2022 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
