Tenders are invited for Supply and Deliver of Bar Soap and Liquid Soap Start-up Kits to Monguno, Borno State. Norwegian Church Aid is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s): SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BAR SOAP AND LIQUID SOAP START-UP KITS TO MONGUNO, BORNO STATE. (1) All the supplies are for a humanitarian project in Monguno LGA, Borno State. (2) All supplies are to be delivered by the company to Monguno LGA, Borno State, Nigeria including casual and technical needs, managing shipment, insurance, documentation, necessary clearance, and other logistical activities related to this service/supply. (3) The offered prices shall be quoted in Naira only. (4) Tenderers must meet the following criteria • Proof of company registration to operate in Nigeria (Cooperate Affairs Commission, CAC) • Authorization by all relevant government agencies to carry out required supplies and services. • A licensed and approved automobile dealer in Nigeria. • Valid and functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN • Experience in similar supplies/services in the past preferably with l/NGOs (5) All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 17:00 hrs Nigerian Time, 15 December, 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (fax or email) up to 8 December, 2021. (6) Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders. (7) Tender documents will be available from 25 November - 10 December, 2021. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or via the email procurement.ng@nca.no
