| Tender Details : Tenders are invited for Spatial Data Provision to States Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from States Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) Programme for Results Coordination Unit, Stephen A. Okon, SFTAS National Project Coordinator, procurement@sftas.org.ng and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours (West African Time) at the address given below Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00noon on 30th November, 2020. Bidders can also submit their bid as attachments to email. The bid must be in read-only password protected document. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “Original Bid”, and the inner envelopes marked “Technical Part” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 12:00noon on 30th November, 2020. All envelopes marked “Second Envelope: Financial Part” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening |
