Tenders are invited for Solarization of International Rescue Committee Office Facilities in Nigeria. Date Added: March 8, 2024 Deadline: 25/03/2024 Category: Solar and Renewable The IRC has been operating in Nigeria since October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRC-s emergency response team. With local partner CISCOPE (Civil Society Coalition for Poverty Eradication), implemented a project to support livelihoods and improve WASH in Kogi State from February to May 2013. This was followed by a three months nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Zamfara, Katsina and Plateau. The IRC is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for competitive bids to establish an ad-hoc contract with competent and reputable vendors to provide solar power leasing service across IRC office facilities in Nigeria. this is to derive clean & pure green energy that helps combat greenhouse gas emissions and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
