Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of a Consultant to Conduct Financial, Socio-Economic, Legal Framework and Management Structuring Studies including Preparation of Bidding Documents for the Implementation of the Praia-Dakar Maritime Link The services under this contract mainly consist of: Financial, Socio-economic, Legal framework and management structuring studies including preparation of bidding documents for the Feasibility studies of Praia-Dakar maritime link. This component covers a) financial and socio-economic analysis (economic analysis (CBA), financial analysis (in NPV terms), fiscal analysis, VFM analysis, Procurement strategy etc.); b) propose a management model for the maritime link, which will include institutional & legal feasibility analysis; c) proposing a schedule of implementation and a risk analysis; and d) Drafting bidding documents for project implementation.
