Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of an Audit Firm for the Audits (Framework Contract for Small Assignments) of Ecowas Institutions, Agencies and Offices. 1. The Office of the Auditor General of the Economic Community of West African State (ECOWAS) Institutions intends to use part of its 2022 approved budget to Select an Audit firm for the Audits (Framework contract for Small Assignments) of ECOWAS Institutions, Agencies and Offices. 2. The Auditor would be primarily entrusted with one or more of the following audit areas but might be tasked where necessary with any of the other audit areas determined by the OAG; namely Human Resource Management, Procurement Management, Financial Management, and Information System Management (IS). The purpose of the audit is to enable the Auditor assess the extent to which the Management of ECOWAS Institutions, Agencies and Offices are ensuring compliance with extant Regulations and best practices in the areas of Human Resources, Procurement, Financial Management, and Information Systems.
