• Quotation are invited for Security Services for Nigeria Hwm Activity. Offers must be received no later than 5pm, Wednesday, May 24, 2023, by email. All offers must be emailed to hwmprocurement@banyanglobal.com or submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below; Quotation: Quotations in response to this RFQ must be priced on a fixed-price, all-inclusive basis, including delivery and all other costs. Pricing must be presented in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Offers must remain valid for not less than thirty (30) calendar days after the offer deadline. Offerors should provide quotations on their official quotation format or letterhead. Banyan Global is value-added tax (VAT)-exempted, but charges withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigerian laws. Evaluation and Award The award will be made to a responsible Offeror whose offer follows the RFQ instructions, meets the eligibility requirements, meets or exceeds the minimum required technical specifications, and is judged to be the best value based on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis and delivery schedule. Eligibility Requirements Evidence of company official registration (i.e., Certificate of Incorporation and Forms CAC7 and CAC2). Company profile with registered address, functional email address(es) and telephone number(s), and point(s) of contact. Tax Identification Number (TIN) Tax Clearance Certificate (all legal business registration documents Evidence of tax payment for the last three years. Evidence of past performance of similar work Scope of Work HWM staff travel frequently within and across the States. Because of the geographic scope and frequent travel, HWM needs dynamic security support that can provide routine services as well as respond quickly to any emergent risks that may occur. 1. Travel Management Pre-planning which includes assessing risk and identifying security support needs for a specific travel task with HWM prior to the commencement of travel. Security-focused check-in support to traveling staff for the duration of travel away from their office. Protective services, e.g., point of contact, 4 x 4 vehicle, and driver. Please provide details of what specific support your organization can provide and examples of the types of travel management offered. 2. Crisis Management On call Security Adviser for Security Focal Point to manage crises including but not limited to traffic and road accidents, armed robberies, and kidnapping. Please provide details of what specific support your organization can provide and examples of the types of crisis management offered. 3. Security assessments Assessments of hotels, offices, travel routes, etc. Travel to all the HWM Activity States for security assessments. Please provide an example of a security assessment of a hotel in Abuja and travel to/from the HWM Abuja office. 4. Security Plan Design and Maintenance Review and if necessary, update the existing HWM Security and Emergency Management Plan and sub-plans, including: Core Project Security and Emergency Management Plan Risk Register and Treatment Plan Office Safety and Security Plan Hibernation, Relocation, and Evacuation Plan Medical Emergency Plan Crisis Communications Plan Critical Event Risk Management protocol Train all staff on the Security Plan and sub-plan Periodic evaluations of the security plan design based on the evolving security situation. Please provide details of the specific support available to review and update organizational security plans, provide staff training, and associated cost estimates.
