Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Routine Maintenance and Periodic Repairs on Air Conditioners in Government Buildings across Edo State Eligibility: (a) Certificate of incorporation/registration with corporate affairs commission (CAC) (b) Evidence of registration with Edo State Public Procurement Agency. (c) Evidence of payment of tax by the company and 2(two) directors or proprietor(s) of the Company for the immediate past 3years (i.e. 2018, 2019, 2020) (d) Company-s audited financial account (indicating turnover) and funding information over the past 3 years endorsed by a firm of chartered accountants. (e) Documentary Evidence of previous/similar works done in the past (f) A sworn affidavit indicating that: (i) None of the Directors of the Company has been convicted in any court for any criminal offence including fraud and financial impropriety. (ii) The Company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt. (iii) That all information presented in the bid is true and correct in all particulars and can be verified. (g) Bank Reference or Statement of commitment to provide financial support if the bidder is awarded the contract.
