- Tenders are invited for Restructuring and Redesign Partitioning of Office Space, Gypsum Board Hanging Coifing. POP work. Electrical Works, Fire Alarm System. Voice and Data systems - 9th and 11“ Floor. Shippers Towers. Apapa Logos. Eligibility Requirements: (a) Evidence of Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including CAC2 and CAC7. (b) Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years; 2017, 2018 and 2019 valid till 31 December. 2020 (c) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December 2020 (d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITT) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2020. (e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance Certificate valid for till 31 December, 2020. (f) Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractor Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31 December 2020 or valid Certificate issued by BPP. (g) Sworn affidavit (i) disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Nigerian Shippers Council (NSC) or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars. (ii) that bidders do not have any director who has been convicted in any country for any criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter (h) Company-s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/professional qualifications (in case of construction: COREN, QSRBN, ARCON CORBON etc.); (i) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award Valuation Certificate Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects (j) Company-s audited account for the last three years: 2017, 2018 and 2019 (l) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering forwarding letter under the company/firm-s letter head paper bearing amongst others the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the CAC Contact Address. Telephone (Preferably GSM No). Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Email Address. The letterhead paper must bear the names and nationalities of the directors of the company/firm at the bottom of the page. Tender payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot through the Remita platform payable to Nigerian Shippers- Council Lagos. Prospective bidders are to submit a bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bid with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” Thereafter, put the two sealed envelope together in a bigger envelope addressed to The Executive Secretary Chief Executive Officer, Nigerian Shippers- Council (NSC) 4. Otunba Ayodele Soyode Lane, (formerly Park Lane Apapa, Lagos) and clearly marked with (The name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of the each sealed envelope should bear the name and the address of the bidder and drop into GOODS Bid box marked “GOODS AND SERVICES- and into Works bid box marked “WORKS AND SERVICES- Box on the 2nd floor after its registration on the 2nd floor, not later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, 11 November 2020. Late submission will be returned unopened. General Information.: (i) Bids must be in English language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder. (ii) The NSC will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. (iii) Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) lots. (iv) All cost will be borne by the bidders (v) Bidders are excused from the bid opening which will be attended by officials of private sector professional organisation and CSOs in the areas of anti-corruption/transparency. The event will be fully captured on video and can be provided to bidders on request. (vi) Standard Bidding Documents can be collected in Soft copies and Bidders can submit through Post (Courier Services) (vii) Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening while the financial bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. (viii) The NSC is not bound to prequalify any bidders and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liability in accordance with section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
