• General Procurement Notice for Research on Contemporary Macroeconomic and Growth Promotion Issues and Macroeconomic Policy Analysis The EOI/bids would be evaluated based on requirements which include but not limited to the following: a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 1.1, CAC2 and CAC7; b. Evidence of Company-s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2021; c. Evidence of current Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; d. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; e. Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31st December, 2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP; g. Company-s Audited Account for the last three (3) years, 2018, 2019, 2020; h. Company-s Profile with Curriculum Vitae of relevant Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional Qualifications (e.g. PMI, COREN/ARCON/CORBON/SURCON/QSRBN etc for Works; ANAN, ICAN, i. Evidence of firm-s registration with relevant professional body e.g. NAICOM/Insurance, EHORECON/Cleaning Service, NITDA/CPN/Information, Technology Services ICAN/ ANAN/Financial Reporting Council, NSCDC/Security, ESVARBON/Estate Surveying, APCON,NIP etc; j. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five years including Letters of Award, Valuation/Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; k. List of Plants/Equipment with Proof of Ownership/Lease/Agreement for Works; l. For Consultancy Services: Evidence of Firm-s registration with relevant regulatory professional body(ies); m. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be Joint provided (CAC, Tax Clearance, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF, IRR and Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each Joint Venture partner); • Within the year 2021 and from time to time, the Specific Procurement Notices for these procurements will be advertised on the Ministry-s Notice Board and website, Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies, and International Magazine (where applicable). • Interested and eligible bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process are advised to be on the lookout for the Specific Procurement Notices. • The Ministry reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007 without incurring any liability to the bidder.
