- Prequalifications are invited for Replacement of faulty grounding on 1x40MVA, 132/33kV and Replacement of differential relay and surge Arrester on 1x40MVA transformer at Okada 132/33kV Substation ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (NIGERIAN COMPANIES ONLY) Suitable Nigerian Companies are invited to participate in the prequalification exercise by submitting the following pre-requisite requirements: (a) Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria with forms (CO2 and C07). (b) Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years valid till Dec. 2020 (c) Three years Company Audited Financial Statement for the period of 2018-2020 duly stamped by a registered Audit firm. (d) PENCOM Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021. (e) Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate Valid till 31st December 2021. (f) Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021. (g) NEMSA Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2021. For Joint Venture Partnerships, the Joint Venture Agreements must be signed by all the parties, a copy of which must be attached. In addition, all partners meet the above requirements. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The under listed qualification requirements applies to All Applicants, including joint ventures; (a) Minimum average Annual Construction turnover over the past three (3) years as shown below; Two hundred and fifty Million Naira (NGN250, 000,000.00) (b) The Applicant shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid assets, unencumbered real assets lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements (c) Evidence of Experience of at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity completely executed in the last five years, including Completion and final Taking-Over Certificates from the Clients. (d) Company Profile including: • Populated organizational structure and key professional staff with relevant experience on high voltage power lines and substations.
