Description:
Tenders are invited for Replacement of 11kV defective RMU in the FCT regions Bid security: The bid security will be forfeited, if the Bidder: (a) Withdraws his/her bid after it is opened during the period of validity specified in the bid; or, (b) Having been awarded the contract fails: (1) to sign the contract on the terms and conditions provided in his bid; or (2) to furnish the Performance Security if required to do so. The performance security shall be 10% of the Contract Price and in the form of a Bank Guarantee. All bank guarantees should be addressed to NESI-SSL • Bidders can bid for all the Lots but can only be awarded one lot for Lots 1-4 • Access to the Bidding Document • Interested bidders are requested to visit the AED Plc website (www.abujaelectricity.com), click on home then procurement, and download the RFSB. • All information regarding preparation, clarifications, and submission are contained in the bidding document
