- Tenders are invited for Repair and Preventive Maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation & Air-Condition (Hvac) System. The scope of work includes the replacement of defective equipment/parts/ components and repair of the Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning System (HVAC) installed in NERC headquarters building. The scope further includes preventive maintenance of the HVAC system and associated accessories in good performance order for specified period of one year. Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Unit on 4th Floor, Wing A upon showing evidence of payment of a tender fee of N 10,000.00/-(Non-Refundable) paid into the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission-s Remita Account, through any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria.
