Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Renovation and Modification of Iseyin City Hall, Iseyin. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Prospective Bidders are expected to possess the followings: i. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Iseyin Local Government as a contractor ii. Evidence of payment of Tax for the last three (3) consecutive years with TIN. iii. Evidence of previous experience on similar jobs executed iv. Verifiable evidence of financial capability of the company to undertake such project i.e performance bond form a reputable financial institution (commercial Bank or Insurance firm) v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fees to the coffer of the Local Government. vi. Any other relevant information that could assist in determining the firm-s suitability for the job. 1. Contract detail and job specification of the project is available for inspection at the office of the Director of Works of the Local Government during office hours. All interested contractors should submit their bids within two (2) weeks of this publication (i.e 08 Feb. 2023) to the undersigned as late entry shall not be entertained nor considered.
