Description:
Prequalifications are invited for Renovation and Equipping of Existing Library with Provisions of Books, Journals and Internet Bandwidth, ICT Hardware and Software for E-Library and Alternatives Power Supply Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Procurement Officer Benin between the working hours of 08:00am and 4:00pm at the Federal College of Agriculture, Akure on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per lot, paid into TSA account No: 0160099561014 in favour of Federal College of Agriculture, Akure. For category B: prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies of technical bid and one (1) financial bid packaged in different sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” and addressed to the Provost, Federal College of Agriculture, Akure, Ondo State and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box located at the College International Conference Hall Akure not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 25th July, 2022. The Pre-qualification documents and the Technical bids will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 25th July, 2022, in the College International Conference Hall Akure, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
