Sch. including toilets, assembly hall, sickbay, library and ECCDE, h/m office and store in upload LGA at CPS RUMUOLUMINI Tender Pre-Qualification Documents Required: Certificate of Incorporation with form Co2 and Co7 for limited liability company Company profile Evidence of registration as a contractor with RSUBEB Tax clearance for the last three years Audited accounts (for limited liability companies) for last three years Letter of reference from Bankers VAT Certificate TIN and BIN for both Limited Liability Company and Enterprise Evidence of Verifiable experience on similar contract or supplies executed Work Programme for the proposed tender Evidence of Technical Personnel to perform the obligation of the contract, including their CV-s and copies of professional memberships e.g. COREN as regards storey building. A sworn affidavit of disclosure of interest that none of its Directors is a serving member of UBEC/SUBEB and that none of the Directors of the firm has been convicted for any criminal offence relating to fraud or any financial crime from a court of competent jurisdiction. Evidence of compliance certificate from ITF, NSIFT, PENCOM Evidence of Registration of the company on the data base of Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP). Receipts should be obtained from the Finance and Accounts Department of the Board. Interested Bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
