- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Section of Jalingo-Apawa-Zing-Adamawa State Border (Route a.13) BID DOCUMENTS All completed technical proposal must reach the office of Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure Development, Barde Way, Jalingo, Taraba State on before 30th April, 2024. SUBMISSION 1. The Technical proposal and other supporting documents in respect of this Bid should be three (3) copies in A4 format and spiral bound are to be submitted not later than 30th April, 2024. 2.
