Description:
Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Toilets and Water Facilities in 8 Schools. Sealed envelopes should be dropped in the Tender Box at the Procurement Office of Ojodu LCDA until 11 am, of 12th of October, 2022. Bid Opening shall follow at 12:00 noon of same day at the conference Hall of the LCDA Secretariat. The Government of Lagos State through LCDA and WaterAid Nigeria with funding support from Kimberly Clark Cooperation under the Sanitation, Hygiene Improvement project hereby invites tenders from reputable and qualified companies for the Rehabilitation of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene facilities in selected schools, Primary Health Care Centers and Construction of Hand washing facilities in public places. 2. SCOPE OF WORK Lot 1: Rehabilitation of toilets and water facilities in 8 schools Lot 2: Rehabilitation of toilets and water facilities in 5 health care centers Lot 3: Construction of hand washing stands in 2 public places 3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Companies interested in participating in the tendering process are to submit their company profiles which must contain the following: i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) ii. Only prequalified and registered contractors with Ojodu LCDA are eligible to submit bids iii. Evidence of company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) iv. List of certified board members showing their designation on the Board
