Description:
Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Primary Health Care Centre-s Oba salami, Onayade Street. Existing/Prospective tenders are expected to provide the following information and photocopies of the following documents. (1) Certificate of incorporation/registration with C.A.C. (2) Copy of company-s tax clearance for the last three years (2019, 2020 and 2021), (3) Performance Bond from a reputable financial institution where applicable. (4) Evidence of technical and financial capability to execute the project. (5) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Yaba Local Council Development Area. (6) Company profile, membership of professional regulatory bodies, with curriculum Vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project where necessary. (7) Evidence of previous job done for the Local/state Government or other reputable organizations. (8) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N20, 000 (Twenty thousand naira) only payable to Treasury of Yaba Local Council Development Area. (9) Radio and Television License /Receipt (Current Year) The envelop must be registered with designated officer in charge of the procurement unit on or before 9:00am on Friday 18 February, 2022.
