- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of the New Court of Justice in Abuja. Bids shall be valid for a period of Yl^(days) after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of US$15,000.00 (Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond). The Bidding Document shall be delivered via electronic means to ail interested Bidders upon payment (by Transfer) of fee of US$200.00/-(Non-Refundable) to the ECOWAS Court of Justice (transfer charges borne by the bidder).
