- Prequalifications are invited for Rehabilitation of Danfodio Hall (Sardauna BEDDE Block 14 & 15) and Water Supply to Sardauna BEDDE Hostel 4. SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit pre-qualification documents for each of the lot desired in two (2) hard copies each of the technical bids packed in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “TECHNICAL BID” and addressed to the Vice Chancellor, Ahmadu Bello University, PMB 1045, Zaria, Kaduna State. No 3 VONTRAC Building Site II. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelopes should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box in the address above, not later than on or before 11:00 am on Monday, 15th April, 2024. 5. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The prequalification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission 11:00am on Monday, 15th April, 2024. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid submission Register in the office of the Head of procurement, ABU Zaria, as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
