Description:
Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and grading of Rural Road at Orozo Angwan Gade with Culverts and drainages of AMAC Community Note: a. By this notice, Abuja Municipal Area Council is not committed in any way to award any form of contract to any neither shall any organization submitting documents be entitled to claim an indemnity from the Council. b. Late submission of tender documents after the slated date and time will not be entertained. Tender Requirements: i. Name, business address, telephone and email address of the company. ii. Company-s Resume/Profile and organizational Structures including details of key staff strength. iii. Certificate of incorporation by Corporate Affair Commission. iv. Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last years. v. Evidence of VAT registration and remittance for the last three years. vi. Evidence of financial capacity. vii. Evidence of similar construction work/supply and repairs completed in the last three years. viii. Evidence of compliance with provision of Pension Reform Act 2004 in relation to section 16 (6) (d) of the public procurement Act 2007. ix. Evidence of company-s audited account for the preceding three (3) years. x. Evidence of compliance with industrial training funds Act 2011 (ITF). xi. A current sworn Affidavit that: a. No Director/Partner has being convicted in any country for criminal offence related to fraud or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of fact relating to any matter. b. The company is not in receivership, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition. c. Whether or not any officer of the Council is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder. d. All information presented in this bid is true and correct in all particulars.
