• Expression of Interest are invited for Redevelopment and Refurbishment of Four (4) Prime Properties Located in Lagos State, And Ibadan, Oyo State. Prospective developers are hereby invited to submit expression of interests (EOI) in any one or more of the following listed properties: PROPERTY 1 Current Use: Office/Commercial. Location: Marina, Lagos • The property is a 21-storey office complex in the Lagos Island Central Business District (CBD) sitting on approximately 883m2 area of land. • The building has a total of 5,430m2 of lettable space and an internal parking space to accommodate about 70 cars. • The building affords its occupants a clear view of the Marina, directly opposite the Lagos Lagoon and the proposed CMS Train Terminal. • The Company has a freehold lease to the property & a renovation permit from Lagos State Government. • The building would be the equity contribution by the Company and the potential developer is expected to match this value in refurbishing the building (to the tune of about N2.5 billion) Interested developers should send an email with the title “Marina Property Refurbishment” to: refurbishmentandredevelopment@gmail.com with documents listed below on or before 1st May 2021 for inspection and RFP requirements..
