• Prequalifications are invited for Reconstruction of Omi Adio - Ido Township Junction (10km) and Reconstruction of Akufo Junction to Eruwa Road (48km) Project and Hereby Invites Interested Contractors to Pre-Qualify and Bid for the Works. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Certificate of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. FIRS Current Tax Clearance Certificate or Limited company for years 2021, 2020 & 2019. 3. Oyo state BIR current Personal Income Tax Clearance certificate of two (2) Directors of the company for years 2021, 2020 & 2019. 4. Current certificate of registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) in category E. 5. Evidence of current registration of Business Premises with the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Oyo state 6. Contractors financial reports for years 2017- 2021 7. Evidence of financial capability/reference letter from a reputable bank 8. Sworn affidavit disclosing: • disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Procurement Entity or Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; • That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form or bankruptcy proceedings of the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceeding • That no director has been convicted in any county for any criminal offence relating to fraud impropriety or criminal misrepresentation of falsification of facts relating to any matter 9. Evidence of payment of non-refundable prequalification fee of N250,000.00 into Oyo State Government account, Revenue Code 4040024 Technical Documents: i. Verification evidence/list of previous/similar major/projects executed with letters of commission and certificate of practical completion. ii. Company profile and organization structure, including names and resumes of key personnel with address and phone numbers. iii. Evidence of registration of company key personnel with relevant professional bodies (COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc) iv. List of plant and equipment v. List and addresses of sub-contractors and technical partners vi. Letter of consent to allow for verification of claims on documents, equipment, sub-contractors and/or technical partners vii. Any other document deemed relevant.
