Expression of Interest are invited for Raining on Detergent Making, Soap Making and Other Cleaning Chemicals in Dsan Anambra State SUBMISSION OF EOI AND PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EOI) or pre-qualification documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as indicated in Paragraph 5 below; and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Reception of the Agency-s Headquarters not later than 12:00 noon, Monday, 25th July, 2022. OPENING OF EOIS, PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND TECHNICAL BIDS i. EOI& PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: The EOI & Prequalification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 25th July, 2022, in the Conference Room of the Agency. ii. TECHNICAL BIDS: Only the Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 8th August, 2022, in the Conference Room of the Agency. Bidders should please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Office of the Head Procurement, Border Communities Development Agency, Plot 238, No. 4 Augustus Aikhomu Street, Utako district, adjacent Chida Hotel, Abuja as the Agency will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
