• Tenders are invited for Purchase/Rental of Heavy Construction Equipment 1 Oil in Engine Sump 2 Radiator & Cooling System 3 Air Cleaner & its Coupling 4 Hoses 5 Steering System 6 Brake Fluid Level & Brake System 7 Battery, Alternator & Brake System 8 Condition & Tension of v-Belt 9 Injection System 10 Clutch Pedal & Clutch System 11 Direction Reversal System 12 Gear Shift 13 Cut-off Pedal 14 Caked Pressure Regulator Filter 15 Air Conditioning Unit 16 Oil in Steering Power System 17 Starter Motor & Alternator 18 Electirical, Gauges, Lightings, Horn 19 Rotating Beacon Light 20 Drivers' Furniture 21 Loading Case for Fixity 22 Wind Screen Wiper Washer 23 Front Wheel Toe-in 24 Semi-Trailer Catch Mechanism 25 General Body Condition 26 Tyre 27 Spare Tyre 28 Remote Control & Key 29 Door, Mounting, Driver Cab Condition 30 Year of Manufacture 31 Maintenance History/Service Record Outright Purchase (2nd Hand Equipment): Grader Machine 15 tons Compactor Backhoe, 110HP 2m3 Concrete Mixer Equipment Rental: D8 Bulldozer, 314 HP 350M Long Boom Excavator Pay Loader, 333HP 20m3 Tipper Truck All equipment (i.e. outright purchase/rental) shall not exceed 15years of age at the maximum from their initial purchase date. Estimated rental durations is 80 days (Feeding, accommodation, insurance, operator-s salary and fuel shall be borne by the successful tenderer during tenure of the rental). Lump sum daily rate to be provided by Tenderer for the equipment rental. All equipment shall be fit for their intended purposes pictures of each equipment shall be provided by the tenderer-s offer. Tenderers are required to populate the above checklist for each of the equipment Physical inspection shall be carried out upon receipt of tenderer-s technical and commercial offers. Warranty period shall be duly stated on tenderer-s offer Nigerdock FZE will not be responsible for, and shall not pay for, any expenses or losses which may be incurred by a tenderer in the preparation of offers All exclusion shall be fully detailed in the tenderer-s offer and no claim in this respect will be entertained at a later date. No offer shall be deemed to have been accepted, unless such acceptance is communicated to the successful tenderer in writing by Nigerdock FZE-s authorized representative Tenderer acknowledge that Nigerdock FZE is a free zone enterprise and as such, is exempted from the payment of WHT, VAT or any other tax. All qualifications and clarifications should be addressed to the email below This tenderer shall be on a “non-exclusive” basis as Nigerdock FZE reserves the right to independently evaluate each submitted tender. Tenderer shall duly state payment terms for both the outright purchase and the rental of equipment which will be subject to review. Nigerdock FZE reserves to cancel and reject any and all offers submitted without recourse to tenderers.
